Ashdown House

A 13 acre brownfield site, occupied by a 220,000 sq.ft. occupied by the Department for Work & Pensions, acquired unconditionally at a 20.3% NIY. Following asset management initiatives and obtaining vacant possession, detailed planning permission was obtained for 151 new homes and an Aldi superstore. The site was disposed of to Chartway Group.
