A 5.3 acre greenfield site, allocated for residential development in both the Neighbourhood & Local Plan, acquired unconditionally from Welcome Break. Detailed planning permission for 77 new dwellings was obtained under delegated powers on the 13 weeks anniversary of the submission, before the site was disposed of to Paradigm Housing Association.
