A 4.5 acre cleared greenfield site, allocated for residential redevelopment in the adopted Bracknell Forest Local Plan.
The site was acquired unconditionally and consent for 54 new homes was obtained locally, under delegated powers. The site was then disposed of to Taylor Wimpey, who have since completed the delivery of the scheme.
