Clockbarn Nurseries

A 6 acre site former plant nursery, which was acquired subject to planning for residential redevelopment. The site was promoted through the Guildford Borough Council Local Plan, removed from the Greenbelt and allocated for c.60 new dwellings. Danescroft worked with Bewley Homes in order to obtain detailed planning consent for 75 new homes, following which Bewley Homes delivered the scheme.
