Acquired a 5.6 acre logistics site in July 2024 through Fiera Real Estate’s Logistics Development fund.
The scheme is set to deliver seven high-quality units ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 sq ft. All units will benefit from 10-12m eaves heights and expansive yards of up to 35m, offering flexibility and scale for modern industrial needs.
Having received planning approval in October 2025, construction works are already underway, with completion targeted for Q4 2026. MCS has been appointed as the main contractor for the site.
