Fiera Real Estate UK and Danescroft are pleased to announce the sale of their 4.5-acre site in Binfield to Taylor Wimpey.

Danescroft acquired the site unconditionally in April 2019 on behalf of the Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV (UK), a programmatic joint venture by Fiera Real Estate that is exclusive to clients of CBRE Global Investment Partners.

Following very extensive and complex planning discussions, Danescroft obtained consent for a standalone scheme of 54 high quality new homes.

The site benefits from outstanding accessibility to both road and rail networks, as well as nearby Bracknell town centre which recently underwent a huge £240m regeneration.
