Apex Tower – 110,000 sq ft high profile offices tower with ground floor retail units was acquired in partnership with The Palmer Active Value Fund for active management.

The offices were leased to BAE systems and were the subject of a number of improvements to the entrance lobby, common parts and car parking areas. Ground floor retail units were reconfigured to create a 3,000 sq ft Tesco Express, and other improvements to the tenant mix.
