A 21,000 sq ft office courtyard investment acquired in joint venture with GSP Real Estate for conversion to residential apartments.

Danescroft were appointed by the JV as development managers and obtained consent for 53 studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments under permitted development.

The works were completed as two phases with each phase completed on time and within budget. Finished to a very high standard all apartments benefitted from comfort cooling, engineered flooring and contemporary bathrooms and kitchens.
