Danescroft’s James Trelfa, (Director) and Sam Pheasant, (Development Manager) will be attending MIPIM this year.

Danescroft are looking for new opportunities and have immediate and substantial funds available for new acquisitions.

 In particular, we are seeking:

• The unconditional purchase of sites with the potential for residential and mixed-use development;
• Subject to planning contracts;
• Joint ventures with existing landowners;
• Planning promotion agreements;
• PRS schemes;
• Brownfield and Greenfield opportunities; and
• Redundant offices for refurbishment and change of use to residential/serviced apartments.
