November 2020 – The fellow Directors and shareholders of Danescroft Land Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Fryer to the role of Chief Executive.
Dominic joined Danescroft in 2005 as a Director and has been shareholder in the company since 2011. During this time, with the support of Fiera Real Estate, the Company has grown considerably to incorporate both direct development and investment in residential and mixed use opportunities, together with a rapidly growing Development Management Division offering comprehensive consultancy services to both 3rd party clients and deal partners.
The company currently has committed over 2.2 M sq ft of direct development and is actively manging major external projects for the Guinness Partnership, Clarion and GSP Real Estate. Dominic has been integral to this growth, in particular introducing and maintaining rigorous reporting, management, health and safety and other protocols. He has also ensured that the Company has continued to progress, without pause, throughout the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic.
