Danescroft submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) scoping opinion to Wealden District Council 18th December 2020.
This EIA Scoping Report brings together the results of early consultations, site surveys and desk-based assessments already undertaken, which have enabled the scope and methodology of the EIA to be established.
This will inform the voluntary Environmental Statement which will be submitted in support of a future outline planning application for a mixed-use development, comprising up to 180 residential properties and a medical centre in Spring 2021.’
