Danescroft were a significant equity participant in the Azure Property LLP consortium, which has acquired and successfully redeveloped 104 former Texaco petrol filling stations.  

Over 85 new Somerfield convenience stores and Texaco branded forecourts have been created.

Danescroft were appointed by the consortium as lead development manager and successfully completed this major and diverse roll out within less than 18 months. Total construction spend was £49,000,000 with as many as 25 projects on site at any one time.

Danescroft also obtained consent for higher value alternative uses on a number of sites including a major mixed use scheme in Clerkenwell Road London EC2, sold for in excess of £10,000,000.
